I can't recommend this company enough!! First of all : Chris and his team can handle complicated -commercial type / business jobs that many other electricians will turn down "saying we don't do this". They did several jobs in my store and never said this is too small, or too big , or we are too busy( although they are very busy). Second, not only are they capable, but also their level of service, decency,Politeness, attention to details (up to cleaning well after the work .. ) Enough said.

Suntricity

We have had Suntricity Electrical into our home twice in the past two months to do some electrical work. Once in September to rewire an electrical socket and once in October to replace our outdated fuse box. Both times they were very effecient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and there was no mess left. We were very happy with their work and would gladly refer them to someone else for any type of electrical work. We would definitely have them return if we needed anymore work done.

Always Impressed

I've had Suntricity work at my home and business many times over the past 10-15 years. Dave is always someone I can trust to do things right. The prices are always honoured (never a surprise) and they seem to do everything they can to complete my projects properly.

poor communication

Suntricity provided a moderately sized electrical service to our home, inside and out late summer. Despite clear instructions and assurances on their part, the job was not completed. I paid my bill in full at that time but waited almost a month afterwards for completion, despite several e-mails / calls to management within the organization. Lack of communication on their part seemed to be the prevalent underlying issue.

Excellent Service and quality work

I recently had Suntricity upgrade my old fuse box to a new panel with breakers. It was an unexpected project for me, but Suntricity was so helpful and cooperative with my timeline and requests. They handled everything for me (hydro disconnect/reconnect). I even asked them to install several dimming light switches for me after they were done the first job. They did it with no issues! It was refreshing to work with a company that truly puts the customer first. I have a few more projects that I will be calling them for soon!
