I have 3 major concerns that they are unwilling to do anything about. As kitchen designers there are some key things they should anticipate. 1. My fridge sticks way out from the cabinets despite being given the model number. 2. The riser going up to the crown molding is uneven. 3. There are major design flaws that were not visible in drawings or in show room. They were not willing to change them without charging more. Their website says they will ensure satisfaction... I am not satisfied.

Needed a replacement for a broken hinge from kitchen cabinet that was installed more than 14 years ago.. was very happy with the customer service at CW Kitchens as they were able to find a hinge for me. Very grateful...

The designers were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Extremely happy with my new kitchen!
