Cranberry Protein Pillow
A Superbread.- A dark bread with a complex flavour profile, nutty with a hint of sweetness. Made with cranberry, white and rye flours, soy beans, oats, sunflower and flax seeds, cranberries and almonds.
Chia Fibre Loaf

Calabrese Panini
Traditional Italian bread, delicious crust & full flavour. Fermented overnight to ensure quality. Wheat flour, yeast, salt, wheat sour dough, water & we add a stone ground whole wheat to our version.
Rustic Baguette
An all natural levain & slow fermentation assures a rich flavour. Goes with any topping, or dips. Durum semolina, wheat flour, sourdough, yeast salt.
Ancient Grain Loaf
Kamut, quinoa, millett, and spelt are just some of the ancient grains contributing to the unique flavour of this long fermented bread. A closed grain crusty bread great for sandwiches.
Fig & Walnut Loaf
Luscious juicy figs combined with toasted walnuts and stone ground whole wheat. Enjoy it with cheese or proscuitto.
Harvest Whole Grain
A blend of sunflower seeds, purple wheat millet, spelt, triticale and other grains. This bread is a denser texture with full flavour. It goes well with dips and spreads and hearty soups.
Spelt Loaf
This dense bread, made with 90% spelt flour and sunflower seeds is presented in a traditional European shape. The small pieces, easily broken apart, make for a slightly crustier finish to the loaf.
Corn Bread
A hearty and slightly sweet corn bread baked with a traditional crust. It is a perfect accompaniment to soup, chilli, stews, or great toasted with butter. Low in saturated fats.
