Prices at this store always more expensive than other Ocean stores

I wish customer service was existing. Store also need some cleaning, specially at the cash registers and more friendly store associates.

I was wrongfully accused of stealing a bag of rice on sat Nov 25th and the manager did nothing about it but deny without asking the employee.

I went shopping on sat Nov 25 2017 and the cashier accused me of stealing a bag of rice from the week before and the manager did nothing about it. She didn't ask the employee if she said it or not but she jumped in and said the employee didn't say that. No apology. I'm still disturb about the situation

most employee do not understand or speak english, particular in the meat section /department- instead of asking a co worker to assist- they just turn their back-very rude people. no customer service at all.Date of visit: Sunday Sept. 3 at 5 pm. Calling the attention of the manager- please teach or train your staff- to say- Sorry I do not understand- atleast!

Good prices but the stuff in this store (west drive brampton) are rude, they doesn't care that much for the cleanliness of the whole place.....

I usually go to the Main St location but went to West Dr bcuz closer to home. And I regret going..disgusting in regards to cleanliness and produce was not fresh, staff are rude. I recommend the Main St location much cleaner, produce fresher, staff still rude though.

The reason i gave it 2 stars because it have the product i like that i couldn't find anywhere else accross Ontario, however the service is really really bad

I just went here to buy oxtail and cow foot and the meat cutters (two to be exact) were very rude and discriminatory. When the meat cutter placed the oxtail on the scale, I requested that he give me a different one and he started cursing at me saying that: "you people problem. Poor Quality at West drive, brampton, Ocean store

I had my Grocery shop yesterday at Oceans, west drive, Brampton. I bought a pack of bone in beef shank. I was expecting that the top meat on the package would be like the rest in the package but underneath was chunks of bones and fat without meat at all. I would say, there more than 2 lbs of plain bones and fat mixed for $3.89/lb.. I returned the package the following morning and i was entertained by a very rude customer service. So many poor quality products at this store including poor service

both cashiers and floor staff are rude. Either they don't speak any English or make no effort to help you find something or they don't even know what you mean by peanut butter. The only reason I go there is for the cheaper vegetables but if there was a whole foods in Brampton I would do all my shopping there.

i rate this 2.5 really ...but no more. And the only reason why they get stars is because they have reasonably priced food. BUT their service is horrible. The cashiers that don't speak English are very rude. The last time I went there the lady threw my fruit around like she was feeding a dog. I was not happy! I wish these places would teach their staff how to communicate with customers, because it is horrible.
