    Almost 80 & legally blind. My 2016 hearing aids were useless. The company replaced them last year but failed to give me necessary info about the batteries. Soon after, I could not use the new pair either. Jill told me that I could trade them in and buy a new pair for $3,700. Due to my poor health, I had to reschedule my appoint. twice. Today, I went in & was shocked at the rude, scornful, snotty & contemptuous attitude of the owner. Shame! She did not even respect my age. A.K., EdD

    I would like to offer my apologies that we were unable to provide satisfactory service for you and I truly hope that you will be able to find hearing aids and hearing care provider that you connect better with.

    Jill, the audiologist, who owns this business does an excellent job of explaining your options, and helping you choose which hearing aid to buy. The follow up service is also excellent.

    I do not find them Very friendly at receptionist I am not going to mention any names. was not happy with the purchase and will be looking for another place

    Brought my mother...

    Brought my mother in, and Wow, amazing staff, made her feel very comfortable. From beginning to end, the testing the product was all fantastic, she is very happy, and I would recommend Brampton Hearing Aid to anyone in need. Thanks guys!
