Agree with all of the above comments. Said the wrong part was delivered to fix my dishwasher (after waiting more than a month) and would get a new one that day. That was about a month ago. I gave up and called someone else who was here the next day. New guy said it was a different problem with the dishwasher than was originally reported. Wish I had read the reviews before I called him.

Worst customer service. Came to diagnose a problem I was having with my fridge and then left saying he would order the part. Finally came back after MULTIPLE calls, with the wrong part! Waited again forever to hear back from this guy. Replaced the part and now our freezer doesn't work, the original problem still exists and after calling again numerous times, still no return call. This guy needs a lesson in customer service, professionalism and apparently a review course in appliance repair!

B&K Appliance came to check out our ice maker because it wasn't producing ice. He told us to turn the power off for 30 minutes, and then left. This did not correct the problem so we called him back and left a msg. No return call. We left a couple more messages and he finally called back to say that he has ordered a new ice maker and he would call when to let us know when it came in. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no call, still no ice. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS GUY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Worst ever repair service!

I would actually say they are less than 1star.They come to repair tell you the problem, take the old part to order, return eventually & it turns out it is the wrong part & they will correct it immediately, but that never comes...I've waited over 10 wks for him to return with the correct part & unfortunately for me he took my broken part & my dishwasher remains broken.I've even tried calling every half hour. It actually got me a return call with an empty promise of coming but he no showed. Hate!

Don't waste your time with this company. Came to repair my washing machine. Took it apart and said he had the wrong replacement part then he left to get a new one and we never heard from him again. Left multiple messages with no response. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Save yourself the trouble and call another company.
