Enterprise Rent-A-Car

was in a car accident on january,04 2019, I was sent to enterprise,by the towing company,where they asked me about the claim number,once I didn't have it yet,then I called my insurance and handed over my phone to the front desk guy ,who TALKED DIRECTLY TO MY INSURANCE and got everything he needed from than, once he finished he said it was ALL set and JUST ASKED my credit card information and initial, NEVER ASKED if I wanted extra insurance,  and NEVER let me know he was including the insurance

Freindly and good behavior

Long time renter of this location but after my last terrible experience I will not be renting from them again. Vehicle was FILTHY, smelling of smoke, not what I requested, and missing a wheel cover. I had booked a rental for 7 passenger vehicle specifically requesting a Tahoe/Yukon or similar. This booking also happened almost 2 months in advance in preparation for a road trip with my family.
