The care was so poor that I almost lost my beloved dog. When I asked how they had done him so much harm they wouldn't even discuss it. Fortunately I took him to another vet in time that they saved his life but we almost lost him. I would warn you to avoid this place.

It would be nice if they charged what you owed up front; instead of calling us like 3 months later telling us we owe money we had no idea we ever owed. They even gave us someone elses bill at one point and told us to pay it because we had the same last name as them- we dont even know who this person is! The Vets themselves are very nice and do amazing work, but we cant keep paying the same bill a random amount of times each time we go!

The very best vets and staff.I have been going to vets for a very long time and I have never experienced the care for my animals as received at this clinic.

New Glasgow Veterinary Clinic is by far the best vet I have ever been to! You can tell they truly care about every animal they work with. I cant say enough about them and I recommend them to everyone I know!

You will never find a more compassionate vet clinic anywhere. They REALLY care about animals..owned or stray. I cannot say enough about them..I love them and am so thankful for their services. <3

I love them. I've always taken all of my animals here and they've always been well taken care of. The people are friendly and professional and the clinic itself is very clean and nice. Best vet. I especially enjoy that I don't need an appointment for just regular check up stuff.
