Colin's Water Treatment

Terrible service and has an almost annoyed demeanour when servicing your equipment! Invoices and breakdown of the work that was done was very vague and leaves you wondering what you are paid for! Required multiple revisits and issues still not fixed! Avoid giving your hard earned money to this business!

I would not recommend him to anyone. Our hall spent several thousand dollars on one of his systems he said would work great. It never did live up to what it was suppose to do and now it 5/6 years old and it's absolute garbage. He can't fix it because it's just not what we needed for a system and he won't admit to his mistakes. He just gets hateful as soon as anyone tries to tell h the system is no good.Volunteer fire department who spent at least 12k and that's on the low end. Horrible business

This guy installs equipment you don't need just to save himself time (and cost the customer money). Than he can't be bothered to come back to service the equipment he installed even after numerous phone calls, and Colin saying he would be there and not show up. He left us not able to use water all over the Christmas holidays.

Bashes his other machines that he can’t service. He told us our machines were no good when it was a complete lie. They only needed a filter change and since he can’t get access to those filters he attempted to sell us another product. If you see his van, run away!!! SCAM ARTIST

We have been very impressed and satisfied with the level of service, experience and products that Colin has provided. We have been having a dug well water issue with the water being smelly and pumpkin orange. Thanks to Colin and his customer service oriented knowledge and experience, our water is now crystal clear, clean and mineral free! Highly recommended!

Excellent guy he explains everything out took him no time at all the systems easy to use and it made our water a lot better we went from Orange water to Crystal Clear would recommend him to anyone alot better then the salt systems

this guy is not a good watertreament company,he installed,a system in my rental property,and well it was no good for my water,when it leaked n i had to replace my cupboard,hardwood floor near the system,he said that is was nothing he had done,only system in the house,i had another water treatment company in to see what was the problem,just another system from woodsworth he tells me,the system is not even close for what my water needed,the leak,a fitting not properly installed

Mike 1896 Colin was very professional, he explained everything clearly and easily. His system is much easier to use than the one I had. My wife is happy now which makes my life happier, no more off colored water.

Colin was fast to drop by a do a water test. Fixed the issues as promised and the installation was done well and on time. Even called a few days later for follow up to ensure we were happy.
