Great doctor/Rude receptionist

Dr. Legay is great! He's very compassionate and possesses a lot of knowledge regarding anatomy. His receptionist (Janice?) is very abrupt and comes off as stuck up. I'm sure she doesn't mean to be though. I've called a few times regarding a question I had about my injury and she would ask me in the snappiest tone "well what did I tell you when you were in your appointment?" If I recalled what she had said, I wouldn't have called. Better social skills need to be practiced on her part!
