After having moved into my new home, I discovered my toilet was slow to flush. After a plunge it would improve but typically reverted to its slow siphon rate after a day or two. After buying a snake and all the other quick fix items at the store, I resigned myself to calling a plumber. I called 3 places and Blackburn and Bennet had the best hourly rate of the three and they were able to have a plumber come to my door within the hour. Rick showed up and quickly addressed the issue with my toilet. While troubleshooting my problem he passed on lots of good advice and showed me how to do some of my own home plumbing. He was courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company. To reiterate - quick, clean, efficent, polite and cost effective - in short, the ideal experience.

Excellent Service!

I called Blackburn Bennett Plumbing because I did not have any heat in my home. It was very late on a Saturday night and I didn't think I would be able to get service until the next day or the following Monday. I was very pleased when the service plumber said he could be here in 30 minutes. As promised, he arrived, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed in no time. I would highly recommend this company - excellent service!
