Miller Optometry Eastside Plaza Bridgewater

Been a long time customer and my most recent visit to Miller Optical Bridgewater was disturbing. In the past I've had excellent service with fittings of glasses with friendly staff. My most recent visit was absolutely disturbing, and if this girl Amanda H. doesn't clean up her attitude Miller will continue to loose customers. She is downright rude. I don't know of any other person who tells a good customer to go to another business and tell you to have a nice day in a snit of an attitude.

Never had a problem: always polite, professional and helpful. Unlike other medical appointments, never mind having to go here.

Wonderful experience at Bridgewater's Miller Optometry today. From phoning to book my appointment to having my eye pretest and exam to the counter sales person, I was so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I encountered, especially with the added stress of covid restrictions. Thank you. I highly recommend this business!

Horrible customer treatment. Very ignorant and smug behavior. Would definitely stay far away if you want to be treated with any respect.

Poor customer service! Cranky and refusing to help over the phone. Lots of pushback when trying to get glasses replaced that are still under warranty! Wish I had went elsewhere.
