Very disappointed in Good Wood Fuels, we have been customers for 20 years now, we were told over and over again that our wood would be delivered Oct 26 just be patient and it will be delivered to the customers that had ordered a year previous..we waited and waited now its into November and no wood, so we drove out as well and everything is shut up solid, very bad customer service, a shame they couldnt even contact their customers to let them know that we were not getting our wood, Thanks!

This company is out of business. Drove out to see them in person to ask about why my delivery did not show up found locked gate and the yard in shambles. Can’t believe they didn’t tell the people that were counting on them for wood that they would leave them hanging. If you are waiting on a delivery from good wood it is not coming.

Same experience as Turt6244 and Ucoy9835 ... Ordered 6 months in advance, 3 weeks late and still waiting. Cannot get anyone on the phone.

I have had the same experience as turt6244. Placed an order for delivery over a month in advance but when the time came it never arrived. It was supposed to come first thing in the morning yet when I called in the afternoon the guy said it would be delivered by 3pm.....it never arrived and I never heard from the company. Truly thankful I did not pay in advance or I suspect I would be chasing them to get my money back.

Absolutely horrible! We ordered our 2 cord and after repeated promises to deliver and phone calls back and forth, we still never received a delivery. Worst customer service we've ever had.
