entered without appointment. No one waiting, 3 stylist, 3 customers.One stylist was finishing when 'a friend' walked in, surprised said"look what the wind blew in!" Another co-worker returned from lunch. She was occupied with some things to do back of house. The stylist who had finished was waiting for her to begin so she could cut her friends hair. I was snubbed--other woman chosen...!, continued to wait,...RUDE person[oldest lady in the shop]Will not return. 5 years of service and tips..poof!!

My family and I have been using Supercuts on Plaza for 7 years now and have yet to witness anything the previous commenter has stated. We have always had professional and courteous service and have witnessed the same with other patrons. The only negative I'll say is their push to purchase hair products. That I could do without.

Staff Courtesy

I have used this salon a few times and with each visit I have noticed that staff is very prejudice and condescending. While waiting for my turn I have witnessed some things that I felt was not very professional. Comments made about the amount of tip left by some patrons, one lady came in and had trouble hanging her coat and instead of assisting her they laughed at her. They are courteous to those who they feel will give them a good tip and anyone else is not really worth more than the occasional question about the type of cut. For the quality of hair care they provide, which in my opinion is average, if not lacking in that area, they are not my choice in a salon. Price wise they are in line with other places. The draw back is the staff. They should have had training in customer service and a great deal of training in manners. I will not be returning, there are other place in Moncton, competition is very good and if I am going to give money and tips to a business I will give it where staff are not so Arrogant. My tip for Super Cuts. Learn some manners.
