This review is for my experience today. There are business man, then there are a bit greedy business man and then it's the dacoits. In my opinion, this place is of the dacoits category. For dhanteras festival, I went there to buy a silver coin. The rate for pure silver today is $10 per 10 gm, for a 92% silver they were charging $65. When asked, the explanation was making charges and import duty. Guys this is a die cast coin for which there is not more than 5% import duty ( on fine jewelry its 11

I purchased a nose pin from them and tried to open the screw to wear it but it never allows then I visit back to them and they said we don’t know why it’s not letting you unscrew it. We can’t help with this at all .I spent $90 plus tax and he offered $10 . So much terrible behaviour, they behave very good for selling but incase of any problem they are rude to customers.I will Never recommend anybody to visit on such a unkind and disrespectful place ever.STOP SELLING WASTE PRODUCTS .

The service was exceptionally amazing! I've been coming to this store for many years now and they are very friendly and i am very glad that i chose to come to this store out of many stores. Service is wonderful, the place that they just got and has changed quite a bit in a very wonderful way looks beautiful. There are so many options to choose from when I come to their lovely shop. Prices are also reasonably acceptable. I would definitely say to go here! Waiting time is good but it is worth it!

The staff members...

The staff members are very friendly. Service is very good and also friendly. Prices are acceptable and good. When it comes to wait time, it is also good and i receive my items whether i need something repaired or custom made, it is on time. The staff members are very nice. This shop is a place i would definitely come back to and definitely recommend others to go here.

Very poor on customer service and ON TIME DELIVERY. They are friendly but if you need any thing on-time then avoid this shop.

I was recommended by my friends, to go to koh-i-noor Jewelers. I purchased a Dimond ring and two necklaces, I was very happy with the knowledge and the years of experience of the staff have. The friendly atmosphere and the price, was well worth shopping there Thanks again to the wonderful staff Keep up the great work

Horrible horrible...

Horrible horrible horrible experience here. I do not reccomend this place to anyone looking to get a ring sized. My ring was originally a size 5 and I needed it to be sized down to a 3.5 and I took it on on Dec 23, 2014. I wanted it done before Christmas but it was understandable that it would not be done by that time due to the holiday demand. I was told that it would be done by boxing day. Go figure, they were closed on that day. I was told to pick it up the following Saturday. Come Saturday, I find out that the diamond along the sides popped out with it was being down sized. I was told it had to be sent somewhere else to be fixed and would take a minimum of 2 weeks. I said okay no problem. In the back of my mind, I was thinking 'okay this man claims to be a jeweller of 16 years and he can't put the diamonds back in.. That's weird." I was very patient and waited until my pick up date which was today, January 20, 2015. I went to pick up my ring today and I was completely mortified. The shape is distorted and not summetrical whatsoever. I can see where the gold has been sautered. The diamonds along the band are ALL DIFFERENT SIZES. It looks horrendous. He wanted additional money because it had to be taken somewhere else to get fixed. How was that my problem? It's not about the money but had I known I was going to be paying for something that I wasn't responsible for, I would have taken it somewhere else. To put the cherry on top ... The ring does not fit me at all. It's still HUGE on my finger. Not only did I have to wait 1 month to get my ring back, but absolutely nothing was fixed. If anything, I paid these people to ruin my ring.
