I called the same day and was able to get in and at a great time. I had Joelle who listened to what I wanted and also made a few excellent suggestions and made sure I understood what had to be done. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I am always unsure of what to expect picking a new hair salon, but this was a great experience. I often get the same cut and it was easy to explain and she did it a lot quicker than everywhere else I have been. I love it! I recommend it and I will be continuing to see Joelle at this salon.
