Dufresne Furniture & Appliances

My husband and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Dufresne for our living room and dining room furniture. Michelle helped us out a lot and was very friendly. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted and helped make furniture shopping fun and affordable! We are so happy to have had such great service and we can't wait to enjoy our new furniture once it arrives!

The reviews on here are deceiving they are so old. I just bought a bedroom set and had amazing service from Gerald at Ellice. I'd recommend shopping here!

Dealing with the manager was a total nightmare. Finally he hot potatoed his string of inaccuracies to his very competent staff who clearly understand the consumer expectation and did an excellent job in cleaning up his mess. Word to the wise, if you call and get Rex, hang up and keep calling until you don't.

They have AWESOME...

They have AWESOME service until you pay! Then even getting a manager to return your call is work.

Nightmare

I purchased a living room sofa, dining set, etc from The Ellice store. One stop shopping. Once they have your money you are on your own. I have had a rude customer service rep, cleaning warranty for sofa is contracted out and THEY decide if they will clean any stains and there is "fine print" as to what stains they will not clean. Sales person failed to mention that. Finish on diningroom table goes weird if you use pledge. CSR said I should have known better and they are not responsible. Sorry, but I never got that memo. Managers don't return calls. I have talked two people out of shopping at Dufresne. Yahoo for me!
