I ordered some items online. I had no contact from absolute auto guard for 12 days. On the invoice it stated I would get a tracking number when the item was sent. Finally I called them and they said it would be shipped tomorrow. Then in the morning I get an email saying it will not be shipped until Monday three days after I need the item. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Never lie to your customers.
They might be wonderful, but based on my experiences impossible to know. Have twice sent them emails (thru their website) about a product they sell and they have not bothered to respond to either. If you dont want to respond to email, dont put that contact option on your website.
I've been installed the starter in this company Absolute Autoguard excellent technician also if you have any question they glad to held you out of the problem
These are guys are EXCELLENT! I phoned them this morning to ask a questions about my command start that said " Autoguard " on it, not realizing it wasn't made by them or for that matter or even installed by them, but when I asked them for help, I was treated as if I has spent a ton of money with them anyway. They more than helped me with my problem and even offered to help if I didn't get my problem fixed. Not only that but they told me other ways to make my situation better. These guys really know what they are talking about. They actually install immobilizer's mainly but they seem to know exactly what they are doing in ALL fields of auto-electrical!
