I could get a steak at the keg faster than they can "make" a burger, then they microwave it. Consistently slow service. Cold food. Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to.

Understaffed for a Friday night as the service was very slow. Saw staff in the back. Looked like they were visiting. Could not get a refill of coffee even though I asked a staff member for one. Service is not a priority at Winkler Dairy Queen.Food is good, service is very poor!
