    Worst Service, UPS Canada will charge exorbitantly on overnight shipping and doesnt deliver on time, specially Victoria BC and Richmond BC office are worst. UPS Service call center is nothing but a repeated tape record, what is in online Tracking. If we can see that information why keep the service centre people? UPS is the worst courier services, wont go for their business ever.

    as soon as the package arrived in Victoria the tracking has been IN TRANSIT for about 4 days past the expected delivery / 5 days past arrival in Victoria. UPS help line provided nothing but an automated loop that kept going through the same few responses and questions like it was designed in the seventh circle

    Every other delivery service is on time even during a pandemic, UPS however is taking a ten days longer for no reason. I already disliked this service before Covid, but now I can actually say they are one of the worst in Canada. No one wants to wait a month for a package that shipped from within the same province!

    Pre paid import charges 2 weeks ago. Tracking on web site showed delivery two days in a row by 9 pm. Then this week, reverted to In Transit. After two, one hour wastes of time talking to customer care by phone, it is here, in Victoria...In Transit. Both service reps offered no help except being patient. Worst experience with any delivery service ever! U P retty much Suck.

    my item has been sitting at their location where I live for almost two weeks and no sign of delivery they will not allow me to pick up the item either!!!!

    Never, ever use UPS if you have any choice whatsoever. Their guaranteed delivery dates are rarely kept. Customer service is atrociously bad. Words cannot describe how terrible. It is amazing they are still in business. You cannot find anyone on the phone to solve your problem or answer a question when things go awry, which, trust me, they will and do. Avoid them at all cost.

    Abysmal Customer service. As others have stated, I would give them a 0 if possible. Honestly, they really need a local number for customer care. Parcels sit at their dispatch site forever, and their is no infrastructure to help customers get the parcels they are waiting for. They honestly are the absolute worst parcel service I have ever dealt with. I spent over 8 hours total this week on hold trying to get in touch with anyone who could help.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I have my preferences set so my parcels go to a ups pickup location after first failed attempt and they didnt do that. UPS is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. I am going on day 3 of we missed you, and no notice to pick up or drop off at my selected locations. The website also shows no applicable deliveries associated with my address although that tracking is correct. UPS is AWFUL! choose literally any other company to go through.

    Zero responsibility and no accountability. UPS website clearly states about their expedited shipping: Guaranteed, day-definite delivery or your money back. Bullshit!! They excuse themselves for holidays (even minor ones), customs delays (either U.S., Canada or both), weekends and more. Your shipment could be late by a week or more, and they would not care and basically mock you over the phone. NEVER AGAIN!!

    At 6am the tracking said OUT FOR DELIVERY. I waited all day until at 7pm I get an email from Amazon saying Sorry We Missed You. The tracking now says ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. This is BS - I was here all day not to mention my schnauzer that goes ballistic if anyone comes near the front door. The package was finally delivered at 4:30pm the next day. And because it came form the states I had the pleasure of having to pay a UPS BROKERAGE FEE!!! AVOID UPS!

    They returned my part ripped me off the delivery fees arguing that I refused the delivery they never did. They are the worst, if I would have known that the company was shipping with UPS I would have never baught from them. Always a bad experience over priced and ridiculous duty fees.

    Got a email from amazon that ups tried delivering the package however nobody answered the door so they left a card. I was home all day no brown truck came by nor was there a card left! I called thier 1800 number the lad said he guaranteed that it will come today. I asked what has he done to ensure that. Since he was so sure it would he said nothing on his end. Wow Amazon needs to reload at thier deliver companies.

    WORST COURIER in Canada. Said they could not find my name on the building directory (It s been there for four years) and refused to deliver it today. also refused to deliver it to a local UPS store. How are they still in business with this kind of business ethic??

    Worst service and worst people working locally at this UPS. Lie about package delivery over and over. Make lies and excuses on a daily basis. Leave 300 lb packages at the door and expect a pregnant woman to lift them on her own.

    Amazon.Ca order to be delivered by UPS Ont. to my local PO in BC. Delayed a day. Quote:A Carrier Delay has Occurred. I then read that my parcel had been refused by PO. Then I am told by UPS they dont deliver to post offices. Parcel being returned to sender. Phone Amazon 40 mins to get help. Now wait another two or three days and I have to collect my parcel or stay home from 7 to 7 for 2-3 days. No time window/day for delivery. UPS contact in Philippines no help. UPS 0stars Amazon Canada 5stars+

    They don't even attempt to deliver the package! I can't help but notice I'm the 2nd, 1 star review for this place here today. Had I been given the option of a different package delivery service when I had ordered my item, I would never have picked UPS. I also, take my 1 star back. 0/5 Worse than terrible

    WORSE THAN TERRIBLE. I DON'T KNOW HOW UPS STAYS IN BUSINESS.. I DON'T THINK ANYTHING I HAVE EVER ORDERED HAS ACTUALLY BEEN DELIVERED WITHOUT ME CHASING ALL OVER THE WORLD TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE AND HOW I CAN ACCESS IT. I had to give one star in order to make this comment...but I take that star back...

    UPS computer tracking system problem, refusal of UPS local depot to receive a phone query that might have resolved the issue; plus staff error (or another system error) resulted in my package being returned to the vendor; no compensation, just an apology and a request that I give them another chance to regain their trust. Not likely.
