    I purchased a hou...

    I purchased a house with a heat pump (still under warranty) and a service agreement with Triple C. The heat pump was not working properly - no air cond and only running on backup heat. The tech was very rude and told me it was working fine and it wasn't until I took him to see that the outdoor unit wasn't even spinning that he agreed there was a problem. Despite being warranty work he charged me $400 and the unit still isn't working correctly. I would stay away from this company.

    Great

    I called Triple C to come do a checkup on my heat pump when i bought my house. They were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly. They even let me know that to keep my warranty that I had to have the Heat Pump looked at once a year, which I didn't know, so they will call me back now every year to remind me to have it serviced and change the filter. They even came out to Mill Bay for me at no extra charge. Thanks guys!
