Amazing spot in Victoria for kids!

Always great service!

We have been to this store several times. Although sometimes hard to navigate exactly what you want do to so much stock the owner is amazing at helping you with finding anything!! The positive about have so much stock is that they literly have EVERYTHING in all sizes etc you don't need to go anywhere else! Stephanie has on several occasions even taken the time to entertain my child while I was shopping it made it an enjoyable experience!! Overall I would highly reccomend this store!

The store is beautiful but the service is terrible. I bought each of my kids a pair of Hatley boots from this store; both pairs quickly had holes in them. I tried to reach the manager by phone and email but she wouldn't return my calls. If she answered herself she said she would call back when she wasn't with a customer, which turned out to be never! If you buy from this store and there is a problem with the product you are stuck with it. Shop some where else where they stand by their products!

Horrible rude cus...

Horrible rude customer service. Ordered a product and paid upfront for it, was advised it would take 2 weeks, 6 weeks later and no communication regarding it I finally went in to get my refund. What's worse, instead of owning up to it and apologizing the manager was quick to point the blame at everyone else, talked over me and was just rude! I would not recommend this store to anyone. You can get the exact same products and excellent customer service at any of the other fine baby stores in Victoria.

Poor customer service!

I am sad to review my terrible experience with such a brilliant store. I had made a deposit on a very expensive item but then an emergency came up so I tried to contact, Stephanie, the store owner to receive my deposit back. After weeks of leaving messages and emails I finally got a call back after I had resorted to leaving a quite hasty message. I still have yet to receive my deposit back, I found the woman very rude and, as a small business owner of natural products myself, stated I would never treat one of my customers in such a way. I'm very disappointed, my family could have been good customers of theirs.
