I've never had a bad experience here. I check wait times online before I go so I know what to expect. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would choose this clinic over all the others on Vernon.

Terrible hours, terrible parking and access and the doctor I think must have been a class reject, he was nothing more then a waste of time. Told me all the things I already knew like " You have a sore throat", " looks like you have a fever" I could have stayed home and told myself that news.

Long wait. Poor entry and parking facilities. Receptionist was utterly rude and not just to me. She needs a refresher in public relation skills. I don't think she realizes who indirectly pays her wages. The Dr. on the other hand was worth waiting for.
