Very rude to work with, information incomplete and inaccurate, warranty and buy-back promises not honored. Busy giving small business a bad name. Will not use this merchant, will not recommend this merchant, will share my experience.

WOULD RECOMMEND / EXCELLANT TO DEAL WITH ~!

Recently I have had the full, and total, PLEASURE, to deal with BONFIRE. They are, FAST, COURTIOUS, & MOST IMPORTANT, KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING~! PRICE.....WELL WITH IN WHAT TODAY IS, "REASONABLE"... I could not be, MORE PLEASED, with them~! If asked,& when, I'd tell any one, GO THERE, FIRST, before trying any one else~!~! The error, was caught right away, and my stove ( pellet), is working like a DREAM. Actually, BETTER, than it ever has...TY SO MUCH, GUY'S~! I will DEF. DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN, THIS TIME, NEXT YEAR ~!
