Disappointing Service
Our experience at my3Dultrasound was dissapointing. First we had to wait 35 minutes for our apt then the techition was obviously in a big hurry and noticeably frusterated that she wasnt getting the pictures of the baby she needed. She was constantly huffing and puffing and was just very quickly going from one place to the other without explaining anything. I felt like we were a big inconvenience for her just being there. Also, she spent the last 5 minutes which were for our veiwing time to burn the DVD - so we only got less than 10 mins of veiwing time. I understand that sometimes it is harder to get a clear veiw of the baby but her approach was VERY unprofessional and inmature. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience and I would not recommend using them for your 3D ultrasound.
