Klaus is the best! He helped me out for free over the phone and his advice got me out of a jam. On Sunday on Thanksgiving weekend our dryer stopped drying. We had a wet load of sheets that needed to be dried ASAP. I went on YouTube and identified the problem but was unable to get parts because all of the spare part shops were closed until Tuesday.

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.
