Just wanted to share my experience I had at Bay Shore Auto. I purchased a 2010 BMW x5 from them, older model average km but you know how BMWs are. Everything was fine for a 3 months but started getting check engine and car started losing power, mine is the 3.5i engine. I didnt buy warranty and took it to a mechanic shop they told me my tubro went gonna cost $3000 to fix. I called the owner of Bay Shore explained to him the situation, god bless this man we went half on the fix with me very happy

Sold us and delivered a vehicle to island with NO OIL on the dipstick. Listed as 127,000 km’s actual 129,735. Steer clear, transfer papers not complete correctly, and very the owner and salesman get very agitated when pressed for more information. Awful to lie and say Mechanic Approved. Do not trust the CAR FAX, as that is what they submit for documentation of service. STEER CLEAR, sorry we made the deal.
I enjoyed the experience. Lots of shady dealerships on that king george blvd strip. Bay Shore nice relaxed place unlike the other ones i went to. James helped me out gave me a fair deal and the owner pitched in a free warranty. Im very happy and recommend them :).

Just bought my second car from these guys. Great family owned business, Alex helped me again, highly recommend him and his business great person, and good vehicles. Haven't had any problem with the first one i bought from them been 5 years now, gave it to my son as a birthday present, bought a 2008 Volkswagen Golf for my self.
Was reading the reviews and was a little worried but i noticed the owner (Alex) replied to all of them which changed my mind about the reviews, i guess you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I was looking at 2009 dodge caravan red they had so i decided to call to ask some questions regarding the vehicle. Alex answered the phone, i had a few questions he took the time and answered them all and i got interested in the vehicle. I decided to make an appointment with Alex to go view the vehicle. I
I just bought a car there and many of the things they told me were not true. I was told whatever I needed to hear to buy the car. After having bought the car it is costing me more money. It keeps braking down. One example is the engine on the car has problems also the brakes. We negotiated on the phone, I drove a few hours to get there and once I was there all negotiations were voided and I was back to square one. The car has never been inspected, the salesperson just wanted a fast sale.
Just bought my 2005 dodge caravan from Bay shore. Walked in to the lot greeted by Alex he's the owners son. Young guy. Very polite and funny. I was looking for a dodge caravan they had a few in stock. I test drove a few of them and fell in love with the 2005 they had. He showed me the full history on the vehicle bought a 1 year warranty for me. Great service just a father and son running a honest business. I recomend these guys to everyone must check them out if you are looking for a vehicle.
