Had an appointment I had been waiting months for - it was a booked phone appt with Dr gufstason, who just straight up never called. She ordered blood work for me which was abnormal and didn’t even follow up with me. Disappointed when I myself work in health care.

The receptionist are super rude. They book appointments and you end up waiting for about 1-2 hours for your turn and they put blame on doctor for running behind. You are being paid to book appointments in a proper manner!! The receptionist need to be organized to book appointments and need to learn to value people’s time!!!! Professionalism is expected from specialist receptionist!!! If you know you running behind, let people coming in know ahead of time so they can adjust their plans for day!!

Receptionist named Belinda (Dr.Tsai’s secretary) rudest receptionist I’ve ever encountered in a health care setting

I can never get hold of anyone. It is aggravating!!!! I did manage to get hold of someone today and was given false information and when I was trying to get hold of them again I tried for 1.5 hours before I got hold of a receptionist from a DIFFERENT area in that office. She said that the other office was closed for the day. It is 2:30 in the afternoon. Get with it people!!!!

Very hard to get ...

Very hard to get ahold of this office. I called multiple times this week during office hours just to hear a recording telling me to call back during office hours. This is infuriating especially when I have to get ahold of the office to confirm my appointment or my appointment will be cancelled.
