we were going to Dr.Stacey before he had his own practice and followed him to here because we trust his opinion so much and have never felt he was padding a bill or trying to push something on you, we even drive from Colwood to go to him. we have had nothing but honest solid advice and help. he always tells us what we could do, and its always been our choice to do it or not... in our opinion a good solid honest vet.

The male vet at this clinic is unprofessional. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with him wanting to charge me 83 dollars for a service I did not ask for, he called me on the phone and said something to the lines of this 'I don't want your business, I don't want your money, you are banned from my clinic! You are never to come back here again!' Then he threatened he was going to report me to, I believe, a collection agency.

We have had the pleasure of Dr.Philip Stacey look after the well being of both of our fur babies. Sadly we had to let one of our babies go a few weeks ago. We called and requested a home visit. Dr.Stacey and his assist Amy showed great compassion and gave us the needed time to say goodbye, even waited for our soon to arrive home so he could say goodbye as well. I wouldn't think of bringing our animals anywhere else!! A heartfelt thank you for providing such loving and affordable care.
