The chick that is dispatch. She's really rude. No customer service at all. She hangs up on you. Won't send you a taxi. The service quality is disgusting. I've had to call for a taxi a couple times and had to deal with the same chick. She's obviously on a power trip. Never been so disrespected in my life as a paying customer!!

Rude people to talk to on the phone and their always late. Took 2.5 hrs for me to get a cab in this little town? Thats just not right
