I ordered my package .. they scheduled a pickup at a pickup centre which is 2 hours from my house .. i called fedex 2 times to reschedule my delivery or change to my nearest pickup centre but there is no response to it
Missed delivery on a Friday. Next attempt to be on Monday. Through the robot interface we managed to get confirmation of delivery to a nearby Fedex drop location for Saturday pickup. Received a note Saturday afternoon that the delivery to drop off location failed, next attempt Tuesday. Finally a rep. managed to get the date for delivery back to Monday, but not at our home address (he did not have authorization to change addresses) If everything goes well we pickup our pkg. Monday. THANKS FEDEX
INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING CUSTOMERS
WITH FALSE TRACKING AND DELIVERY DATES!
Twice in a row now, fedex tracking has claimed delivery on specific dates, both times now, package is apparently on a truck around 4am on scheduled date of delivery. Yet after waiting all day for the package fedex never even shows up. After 5pm fedex will update their tracking information and claim no delivery attempted and suggest the package will be delivered on the next business day. So we wait all day once again.
