awful service! totally ignored !

we waited in line at the drive thru at this location and once they took our order, for a medium coffee double double and a large hot chocolate, there was no one at the first window after someone waved the car ahead of us thru to the next window. so we waited a few minutes then moved ahead thinking that we were to pay at next window. once there we waited for over 10 minutes being totally ignored by the person working near the window! no one asked us for our payment or said anything to us!!!???? what is going on??? we gave up and drove away and went to Tim Horton's near by. this was completely unacceptable! we will not be going to that location again for some time! I mean really! for a simple order like that to be treated as if we did not even exist! poor poor 'service' !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
