Wow, I've never experienced more rude, unprofessional people in a business situation ever! Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.
They have always been very good and friendly to us. There maybe rats/mice, but we haven't encountered any and we've had a 10x24' unit for about six years. There are rat traps spaced outside the doors approx every 70 ft, so it appears to be doing its job. We are very happy with the service.
I am surprised with the reviews I have just read. Yes managers are very friendly and more then helpful. We had 2 storage units at AA, we then condenced to one. Yes I saw traps around the sight, but why wouldn't we? It is an out door rental business. I just assume there will be rodents around. I thought it was great that we saw traps. I had asked the manager about the traps, and they have pest control out there every month, to help keep everything at bay. We did not store any foods in our lockers, and that may have helped. In moving from 2 storage lockers to one, which we had for over a year, we never ran into any droppings at all! I am very happy with how clean this facility is and the help I recieve every time I have been to AA, as I forget my pass word every time, and I have had to ask for brooms and dust pans when moving storgage space... Never have they been unfriendly or unhelpful. The service they provide, goes a long way with me....
Manager is very friendly and easy to get a long with however, all of my things went to the dump after 18 months of being stored due to rat feces.

"We pride ourselves in our clean storage facility and were very surprised and concerned to hear about this problem. Like all storage facilities our regulations state no food stores of any sort are allowed in the premises and we reiterate this out to tenants as well. When we cleaned the locker out, food stores were discovered in the unit, however we acknowledge this does not make this event OK and are sorry for the trouble. We are working with professionals to ensure this does not occur again."
We rented a 12x10 unit for a year and came to take it out to use once again but to our surprise we found rat feces everywhere! Everything was destroyed including wedding memorabilia, important documents, furniture etc... The owner was notified and all we received was an apology. We spent a lot of money to feed rats!
