This is my first eyelash extension. The first week, it was clumpy, poking into my eyelids. Being my first time I thought it was normal and 3 weeks in, it's painfully sore from the poking. Silly me, still thought it was normal. Read up about eyelash extension online and called Rein to tell them about it, they said 'it's melting from the heat' or maybe " I have oily skin' Really? Have appointment to remove. They are definitely not experienced to do eye-lash extension.

Please "do not" get your eyelash extensions here! They do not do them right. All of my eyelashes are falling out and they are very sore. They tried to blame me for not looking after them properly which is not the case. I got them done before at other places and this did not happen! You get what you pay for when you go to this salon. Cheap and disgusting!

Don't waste your money ....

I just bought a package and so far I'm disappointed. The lay down bed I used was dirty, I could feel the dried sweat/skin on the bed UGH, luckily they supply cleaning wipes I assume for make up but they came in handy for whipping down the bed!! There is NO MUSIC in any of the rooms and the whole place is blah. The one stand up machine I tried was extremely hot and gave me very little colour. I won’t be buying any more minutes, don't waste your time or money here.
