Poor business overall
Before I even showed up for my appointment, the receptionist had made mistakes. She booked 2 hours even though I told them I would need at least 3 hours. Then my appointment took 3 and half hours for my roots to be dyed and some streaks of colour to be put in my hair and my appointment wasn't even finished. I had to leave my appointment with the foils in my hair because it would have taken another 2 hours to finish and I had plans. I had to finish my own hair with a friend's help to find that I had a blond patch, on my black hair, right in the front and you couldn't even see the streaks of colour they put in. They promised to fix my hair if I had problems before I left the salon and I paid $195 for the honour. No wash, cut or styling. So the next day, I booked a second appointment to fix my hair. Then they waited until the last minute to tell me they'd fix the blond patch but not the rest. If I wanted the streaks, I would have to pay again for the pleasure of an incompetent business. Needless to say, I didn't go to my second appointment.
