absolutely horrible service, rude and unprofessional. I would give this zero star if possible.how are they still in business? Just asked if they can make a simple handbag repair, which they supposed to do. The answer was NO and she turned away from me right away. My advise if you respect yourself as a customer don't go there.

I took a leather dog leash in to be repaired, and while there I purchased a pair of packaged boot supports. When I got home I found that one of them was broken. Completely in pieces. I tried to exchange it the next day for an unbroken one, but they refused. The woman actually accused me of breaking it myself. Check anything that you purchase before you leave the store. If it is in a package, open it to check it. They do NOT stand behind what they sell. The leash repair was good.
