E & H Hitch

I came in to have a hitch installed, and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order later, but she was still very nice about it. Very professional and friendly customer service.

These guys are awesome! My SUV trailer connection had quit working. My vehicle dealer could not fix it and ordered in a wiring harness. It was the wrong part so was re-ordered. The second one was only a generic trailer wiring kit where you tap into the wires. I spent hours under my SUV with no success. I called E&H Hitch in Langley and made an appointment for 1:15pm the following day. I dropped the SUV off at 8:30am and drove home. When I arrived home, they said its done! Total $64 Bill -Ladner

Spent the day there getting a fifth wheel hitch installed which took all day, but besides that the person installing it reads the instructions wrong and thinks he's installing in a long box truck and drills the holes for the bolts in the wrong place and all I get get is a "sorry I just drilled holes in the wrong place hope you're ok with that.Not even an offer to waive any fees.Whatever happened to measure twice cut once.Won't recommend or use them again.

Worst experience ever. Don't ever go to this place. Order a hitch 2 weeks ago. dropped off my truck today and walked home. They called me 1.5 hours later saying they didn't even have a hitch for my truck. I called them 2 weeks ago and booked a day to bring my truck in. Being a Great hitch company in the lower mainland you would think the owner would be on top of his inventory but he wasn't he tried to put on a 09 Curtis hitch for my f150 even tho it was a 2013 and needed a different hitch.

Was over on the mainland from the island picking up a boat and the trailer lights weren't working properly. E&L sorted out the problem and got us on our way quickly. Great service. Thanks guys!
