Heather did our taxes for a decade, very poor communications. In 2022 she jumped on the “inflation” bandwagon and slapped us with a 36% increase in fees, then kicked us off her client list when I complained.

Hi, I am not sure which client you are but I am sad that you feel the need to give this review of me. If we worked together for a decade, I can only assume the communication and service was actually pretty good. As you know, there is way more back story than inflation for my fee increase. It was not an easy decision and I spent a lot of time and effort coming up with a fee structure that I felt was still very much reasonable in the cross border tax marketplace.
