I called these guys for fridge repair after a horrible, unresolved experience with tony's repair. They solved the problem within 24 hrs of getting the part required. I felt extremely comfortable with the mechanic's and Gord's expertise and ethics. Will call on them again if needed.

Called to come repair a dishwasher. When he arrived, the repair man didn't even ask what the problem was, and didn't even acknowledge me when I was trying to tell him. Told me what he thought the solution was, even though it had nothing to do with the problem. The next day I was still having the same issue. Made a new appointment to have it fixed and they never even showed up.

Gord has gone above and beyond every time I've had a problem with my appliances. From suggesting simple fixes with part replacements that he supplied to full replacements with delivery and install and removal included. He and his wife are genuine and honest. I always ask him first when I have any issue. I've been dealing with him for 7 years as of 2015.
