Riverwalk Villas

It states that the building is "well-maintained" but it is not. I have no clue who my landlord is as the lady that I was dealing with has left the company. I just tripped on the taped-up rugs in the hallway, yesterday. The emergency lights don't work. We have a rodent problem. Half the time my key doesn't work to get into the building. Police are called for numerous reasons here. I live in a 2bdr in this building and pay under $1200.They also want to raise the rent when they don't do a good job.

Needs renovations, hallways always have heat on I mean turn it off in the summer! Renovate, it could be a much better place but I feel as if renovations aren't a thing in any of the owners heads. There's duct tape on the carpets, take it off and update the entire building.
