    They were supposed to have cancelled a parking ticket at the hospital from December and they failed to do so. Now I have received a final notice before collections letter.

    Don't leave your car overnight. If you need to pay for more parking and can't get to the lot, they have no way of adding fares to your car's parking remotely.
