Horrible branch. Managed by the Chilliwack CIBC, being the only bank in Hope I had to switch due to Julie Reddy and Nicole Walfall’s TERRIBLE ability to communicate with customers of over 20 years.
Instead of closing my account, like I requested I’ve been sent a new card as well….. lol. Why keep customers around if you treat them like garbage?
Seriously… these people and this branch are a complete joke. Irresponsible, disrespectful and HIGHLY unprofessional.
