We could NOT be more satisfied with Dave's work. He and his helper replaced a massive old deck that during it's demolition, exposed problems which were clear to us that Dave helped us understand. He put everything to rights and replaced that rotting structure with a sturdy and beautiful masterpiece. He worked fast AND was tidy. We also appreciated his intelligence and his ability to explain needed changes and improvements. He CARED! We recommend Peterlyn Properties for any construction job.

We had a leak in one of our windows but weren't sure where it was coming in from. I called Coast Glass & they sent out 2 people within 2 hours to look at it. With their help, we were able to track down the leak & fix it. They were very friendly & knowledgeable. Thanks for the excellent service.

I wanted to write this review as I've always had top service from Marshal Plumbing. We moved into our house over the christmass holidays and Marshal plumbing hooked up our gas stove on the same day. A week later to my pleasant surprise I received a Christmass card thanking me for my busines. This is a first class company that puts customer service first. Great company to deal with, excellent staff from Debbie in the office to Leon at the job site polite, efficient and knowledgeable
They traced my lines and ran a camera through them to make sure they were clean, found one was plugged with stucco carelessly discarded by a tradesmen which they cleared quickly.

We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water. He's been very patient and very competent.
