Whoever working at 830-9 pm Dec 3rd refused to pick me up because it conflicts with his schedule, didn't ask if I could wait which I would have, second attempt to call I was vague hoping to get a safe ride home but I was hung up on and my number blocked forcing me to take a ride from someone who was drinking. Not impressed considering options. ZERO STAR SERVICE

RICHARD IS WONDERFUL! we needed a schdualed cab and he went out of his way to accomdate us. Best service from a taxio I have ever had. Thank you richard.

Richard is great, love riding with him! The old guy tho, sure his name, tried to reem me out for being 5 minutes late for the pick it and was pissed at me for making his other calls now 5 minutes late. I apologized for the inconvenience first thing I said but regardless of my fault for being late, it's not proper customer service to push your frustration on a client. Also, learn how to run your business better, ever think of leaving 5 minutes in between calls in case something like this happens?

Outstanding service! Not only did the taxi arrive within the short time limit they predicted, the cab driver, upon request, saw our guest safely into their home and then called us to say they were home safely. I am so impressed. Thank you for going beyond. You are superstars in my book.

I have used Sunshine Coast Taxi for years. The drivers are the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. Do unto others as you would like done to you.
