Horrible/unclean service over all. But the worst part was realizing the damage to a ball joint and being charged atleast 1.5hr extra, for no reason at all. I Brought in 4 brand new ball joints to be replaced. I called in at 4pm and the mechanic said he needed 1hr more because he hasn't started on the other side. He called me at 5pm to pay/pick up the vehicle and he charged me for 2.5hrs per side. I asked him how he got that number and he said, "What you want me to do it for free?!"
