As per company policy at Complete Auto Clinic your car will be left unlocked in the lot until you pick your car up from the service, unless the car is communicated to be left overnight. I tried to convey my concerns to the owner and I felt very frustrated that my car was left unlocked while waiting for the keys to be picked up. Additionally, there were issues in clear communication, and my care left with a new thinking noise in the front and one of the main issues remaining unsolved.

Great customer service. This is my go-to for my two vehicles. Always happy with their work, highly recommend.

I bought a used 2006 Toyota Matrix in 2017, and bought a Lubrico warranty at the same time. The car now needs a transmission, and I was refered to Complete Auto. After looking at the car twice and telling me nothing was wrong with it, I showed them the report from my mechanic showing the damage to the transmission, and their answer was: How could I know I had to put it on a hoist?I couldnt get my claim # from them: too busy!
