Excellent service at a time when we needed it. Laundry dryer broke down at Daughters house and we needed a quick replacement. We purchased a complete combo for our house and IHF moved our working equipment to daughters house removing her faulty equipment all for a very nominal fee. And they did all this within one day of placing the order. NOW THAT IS SERVICE. Thanks Dean and Patti.

Great service and caring owners. Just purchased a dishwasher and gas range. Service is excellent and they helped with all the little issues (like calling the gas installer) Will be going back for sure

This business is owned by Merrit a local Campbell River owner sold Merrit and opened again as Island Furniture ,, we bought a 1200.00 futon less then a year ago , the whole right side wooden arm split apart ,,, junk overprice !
