I live in Vancouver and I need to commute to Burnaby to see Theresa because I was not able to find better place . Theresa provide not only provide excellent customer service but she knows her profession very well that is very rare , Salon is very clean and service is the best, thank you!!! I would recommend it to everybody.
My second time getting my nails done, I don't know much! I asked for gel & later found out I got acrylic!!! Paid for gel! More expensive! Service was good and place is well organized and clean, but I wish I got gel like I paid for!!!!
My daughters and I have been going in for a few years now, and we are very happy with the service,and cleanliness,calm atmosphere, in this salon owned by John and Teresa. They have an amazing selection of services to offer and the experience/price,very good. So different from other salons we tried over years. They do a wonderful professional job with the pedicures that we have. Great experience-relax,music,spa/massaging chair, hot stone/leg massage,excellentjob+polish colours+much more!A treat!
The salon is so organized and clean. I highly recommend this place very much. Everytime I came in they always greeted me with a smile. They do the services with care. Theresa and John are so friendly and nice. I been visiting this place for more than a year now and will continue to come back.

I have been visiting this salon for more than 2 years. Theresa and John are always very professional and polite. I regualry have excellent Shellac manis and pedis. I have had waxing services and eyebrow shaping done in the past. My husband has started visiting regularly for spa pedi and loves the treatment. This salon is the best. Do not go anywhere else you will not be disappointed.
This place is not good. I highly recommend not going.They over charge for the smallest little details. I got a golden trim on one of my nails paid 10 extra dollars for it and it came off the same day. When I went back the lady working their refused to fix it and told me shes busy and to come back another time. They know nothing about proper customer service. Very clear that they only care about new business and not about satisfaction or quality of their work. Just a very poor business ethic.
John did an amazing job and its very reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back.

I've been going to John and Theresa for about 5-6 years now. They are absolutely fantastic, they are so sweet and my manicure and pedicure is perfect every time. They take their time and do the services with care. Their nail salon is super organized and clean, the place is always spotless. I highly recommend tulip nails to anyone. Free parking is available in the front as well.
I have been going to John and Theresa for almost 5 years and was so happy when they opened their own shop. I am always pleased with the work they do on me. I receive compliments frequently on John's acrylic nails and Theresa's styling of my eyebrows. I also enjoy their pedicures. They are as professional as they come. Give them a try you will be pleased.
Right at the corner of Edmonds and Canada Way at the 7-11 strip mall. I own a construction company and twice a year before I go on holidays, I get a manicure & pedicure. I saw this on the YP on my phone and noticed it was half block from my home, so I decided to stop in. Teresa greeted me with a smile and got started on my feet. The thing that I noticed most was that everything in the salon was neat, organized NEW and super clean. Teresa never once complained about the poor condition of my feet or hands, and the final result was amazing. The price was better than any other salon I had been to and she took her time, and did not rush even when 3 customers came it at the same time. I would highly reccomend this nail salon for its services. parking was easy.
