Super badly done furniture, quality are so bad and made me regret.Surfaces are so rough, pricks and cuts.No money back guarantee.No assurance.Had a really bad experience.I will rate them minus 10 because of the headache they gave me. They even made me absent from work because of the deliveries.Deliveries are at their own discretion.Had photos of their furniture when it came to me.Regret throughout life that i bought too many of their furnitures in one time.

Amazing people to deal with. lots of variety in furniture. Very helpful staff. Bought furniture a month ago and got all brand new furniture on delivery. Got a really good deal than other stores. I will recommend my friends for amazing quality of furniture.
Very bad customer service and super bad quality products. I bought my kids beds and 2 mattresses. Those were look nice in the store but came super bad quality ever. U can even feel the metal spring when putting your hands on those. I dont know how a human can sleep in those. The store dont agree a return. They said they ordered it from anothe company.....
bought sofas and dinning set there. got delivery wrong color sofas and chipped table. super hard to communicate with those guys for a replacement. and after that headache , sofas came in different model. and table is chipped again (event worse). now came the headache again for the replace....finally came the table not chipped on top but around...supper tired to get it replace. sofa still not come...
Bought furniture from this store . Very bad customer service . They say it's name brand but don't believe since they send something cheap fake brands . Getting a warranty is next to impossible . They never return phone calls . We strongly oppose any business with this company . Sweet talk to get your money right away . We will also report them to BBB.

awesome prices as compared to all other liquidation places...received free delivery to north Vancouver, really loved couch set we bought,we started browsing in Vancouver and Richmond but could not find any deal and the good selection,,, suddenly their facebook page appeared and we checked the prices. Next day we were there to purchase the couch set and could not believe the deals they have on every furniture.. I sent my cousin to there place and his uncle with family,, they were really happy...
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO BUY FURNITURE AT THIS PLACE. THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS AND HAVE A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Do not go here! We bought from here and have a faulty living room set. After many calls to get a repair during our 3 year warranty period.... They are not returning our calls! Basically no warranty. We wasted our money. Very bad service
