Mission Taxi (1980) Ltd

Told us 20mins. 40 mins later I called to complain. They yelled in my ear, told me it will be 30 more mins and then hung up on me. Brutally rude.

Needed P/up from Abbotsford Entertainment Ctr -told 10-15 min. After 20 min standing in below freezing weather. I was told it would be over an hour - no reason - i was told by Jessie that I should not have gone out in the first place and then hung up on me...i had to call a friend for a ride....

My mom called me a taxi for a ride home for work and when he got here he told me my number didn't work and that I have to call again. He proceeded to take off and leave me.

I preordered a taxi for this morning at 7:15am. Was told they would call me upon arrival. I was headed to the airport and did not receive a call nor any communication. I was in turn not able to make my flight and had to re book. Also when I called the individual said I cannot find your address along with telling me to call someone else. Garbage customer service in Abbotsford.

I am so impressed by this company Monisha went above and beyond for my grandmother I will only use this company from now on in my area. Thanks so much you guys rock!

After being told they were coming and waiting for 40 minutes they phoned to get the destination. As it was only a few blocks they refused us.

Was told ten minutes can still not here an hour later. Just had surgery and couldn't drive myself to the doctors. I've heard this about cabs in mission. Hopefully never have to use you again!!!

Nice, friendly drivers. I take a cab about 4-5 times a week. 99% of the time no issues, only one complaint, one occasion where my cab was 30+ mins late. Otherwise happy with the service
